Warm Weather No Melt Guarantee

From April through October, an additional $7 is added to all shipments for heat-resistant packaging.
All orders are guaranteed to arrive at their destination in good condition. In the rare instance that an order arrives melted or damaged, we will expedite a replacement box at no charge.

  Your order may arrive a day or two later than the date you select, or it might arrive a day or two early. If it is important that your order arrive on a specific date, you must select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day air as your shipping method to guarantee day-definite delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping

From August 1 through October 15, 2026, we're temporarily adjusting our shipping to make sure no order is in transit over a weekend.

Orders will only ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays during this period. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

If your address is within a two-day UPS Ground delivery area, UPS Ground will appear as a shipping option at checkout, alongside expedited options like UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

If your address is outside a two-day UPS Ground delivery area, only UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air will be available at checkout, to guarantee arrival within two business days.

Because UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes in these areas.
